    Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the booking fee is required as confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No bookings are confirmed until deposit monies have been received and cleared. Making Payment: Payment can be made by cheque or by electronic bank transfer. Payment is also accepted by credit or debit cards; however a surcharge of 3.4% will be added to all payments received by credit or debit cards to cover the high cost incurred from processing fees. Details of where to post cheques, or bank details if you want to electronically transfer monies or how to pay by credit card will be included in an email that will be sent to you following you submitting our Booking Request Form on-line..
  • Balance Payment: Eight weeks before your arrival at Villa Gazelle the balance of the booking fee is due. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance payment is not paid by the due date.
    Check-in time is after 3pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10am on day of departure. Should you require an earlier checking or later departure this must be arrange prior and extra charges will apply.
  • Security Deposit: At the same time as making the balance payment a security deposit of £300 (GBP) for stays of less than 14 days, £600 (GBP) for stays greater than 14 days is due to cover any damage incurred to Villa Gazelle or its contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full within seven days of the end of your stay by cheque provided no damage has been caused. Should any damage be found the security deposit will be used to rectify the problem and you may forfeit getting the deposit returned. Cancellation Charges: In the event where you need to make a cancellation conditions apply and Villa Gazelle should be notified immediately. Cancellations made up to four weeks before your arrival will incur the loss of 50% of all monies received. Cancellations with less than four weeks prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies received.

  • This modern, beautifully finished, two storey villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size four poster bed and access to the balcony with views over the private landscaped garden and lake. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have king size beds. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two single beds. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, high ceilings, tiled floors and are all air-conditioned. A baby's travel cot is also available, should you require one. Clean bed linen and towels are all provided at the commencement of your stay and are changed on a weekly basis. A Maid can be arranged to come in to clean and change the beds more frequently if you wish, for an extra charge. The villa will also be cleaned prior to your arrival.
