The Penthouse is in the Marina Court Resort condomimiun right on the water front in the heart of the capital of Sabah Kota Kinabalu, 10 min. ride in a taxi from the airport. You are surrounded by shopping complexes and restaurants cafes and bars are no more than 5 min. walk away. The food has got to be eaten to be believed it is fantastic and very cheap, fresh sea food, chicken and untold variety of fresh veggies you can eat out or buy fresh from the markets and cook your self in the fully equipped kitchen. 2 hours by bus or car is Mt Kinabalu Park the highest mountain climbable in Asia

• •A minimum of 4 nights per stay is required, if you are staying longer and wish to leave for 2 or 3 days you will not be charged for these day and you can leave any baggage in the apartment till your return, this must be arranged before arrival.
  •A maximum of 12 guests per night.
  •Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional 50rm per service.
  •Rates are valid to December 2007.
  •A computer with broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
  •The computer is set up with skype so you can call the owner in NZ free of charge
  •All other telephone calls can be made by buying a phone card.

  •A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking.
  •Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
  •Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit

  •Check -in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
  •Smoking is not permitted inside
  •We regret family pets and animals are not invited. We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
  •Penthousekk accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
  •Penthousekk endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
  •Should events arise beyond the control of Penthousekk, regarding the availability of this property, then the booking may be cancelled by Penthousekk, in which event, all moneys paid as deposit shall be refunded in full, and the lessee shall have no further claims against Penthousekk or its servants
• THE RATE OF $200 PER NIGHT IS FOR THE FIRST 2 PEOPLE THEN $50 FOR EACH EXTRA PERSON FIRST 2 KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE. Third or more kids $25 each
