Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
  Generally, we do not have a minimum length of stay. However, during the months of June, July and August as well as during the Christmas holidays we do request a minimum length of stay of 7 nights. If your dates fit directly in front or behind an existing, confirmed reservation, we will be happy to accommodate you even if your stay is for less than 7 nights during those periods.
• We request a deposit of 25% rental fee to secure your booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition a deposit of £250.00 is required for this property which will be refunded after your departure date less any telephone charges and/or any damages. For reservations of less than 7 nights the full rental fee is payable to secure your booking. Cancellation policies apply.
  Apartment is available for occupation from 14:00 hours. Appartment must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
  
  Cancellation policy:
  Up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival we will only refund the nights that we will be able to re-let your apartment. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to re-sell the accommodation. Please note that all cancellations MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance.
