The apartment may be reserved up to 48 hours in advance of arrival. Once your payment has been received to paypal we will send you a confirmation at which time only your booking is confirmed.
Payments can only be made by using paypal listed on our website see link. For advance bookings of three or more months a deposit is required of 25%. Balance of booking payment is required three weeks in advance of arrival. For cancellations received within three weeks of arrival the deposit is non refundable.
Security deposit of €500 is required on all bookings. This deposit will be refunded to your credit card 7 days after your departure if the apartment is found to be as you arrived. The security deposit is required to be paid along with your rental payment.. -

The apartment may be rented for a minimum of a two night stay at a rate of €700 per night.
For furniture and fashion weeks the minimum number of nights is 4 nights at a rate of €700 per night or a weekly rate of €4,200
July and August the apartment is available for a minimum stay of 2 nights at a rate of €550 per night
