Located directly on the sand at Miramar Beach, the most private and desirable beach in Montecito, this home is ultra comfortable and feels like living inside a wooden ship. Specifically designed for vacation rentals, this Three Story home has Four Beds and Two Baths which sleeps 8 easily. You can step outside your first floor right onto the sand. Wake up to an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the lapping of the waves only a few yards from your bedroom. Kick back in your beach chair using our Wireless Broadband while your children play in the gentle surf. BBQ on the beach just steps from the door with your wife and children gazing lovingly at you.
Top Floor:: The Top Floor has a Queen bed (Memory Foam mattress) in the front room and a California King bed (Sealy Posturpedic) in other bedroom. Two large HD Flat screen Televisions and DVD players. Bathroom with shower. Refrigerator with ice maker and microwave.
Middle and Bottom Floors:: Middle Floor: The Middle Floor has a fully equipped Kitchen with Gas oven and Four burner gas stove. Separate freezer and refrigerator units with an ice maker. Teak expandable dining table with 10 chairs. One Panasonic 42” HD Flat screen Television. The Bottom Floor has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a King bed (Memory Foam). Both bedrooms have large Panasonic HD Televisions and DVD players. There is a bathroom with shower. This floor has direct access to the beach. Outside hot water shower. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
