Two more double bed room and a further two bedrooms each containing two single beds, all close to the additional bathrooms. All in all a bedroom to suit all the family and friends.

Notes: There is an additional seating/dining area in the lounge/family room and high stools by the breakfast bar with another large table and chairs outside in the pool deck area/ Lanai for real al fresco dining. Should you take a rest from the many fantastic local attractions (advised) then a day by, and in, the extended pool and spa is a must. This large pool is fully screened with a large shaded Lanai deck area. Between the Lanai and the pool is a child safety fence, sun loungers, patio set and BBQ is provided. Turns the pools lights on in the evening and take a relaxing soak in the spa. A great way to unwind if and when the kids are tucked up. There is also basketball & tennis courts, a soccer field, and a children's play area within the development, (rackets supplied) with a splendid games room in the garage. Apart from the obvious Walt Disney attractions and other numerous attractions there are great nature locations nearby to cycle or walk with lakes and picnic areas.

The Villa featured in a magazine for luxury homes: This luxurious villa was featured in Floridian Vacation Homes magazine because of its wonderful custom made and upgraded furnishings. The community of Orange Tree is a select up-market development just off Highway 27, and only 2 miles from the famous action filled highway 192 where you travel along to find many of the major attractions. Situated amongst beautiful orange groves with a secluded feel about the place, yet within minutes to lakes, beaches, boating and the beautiful area of Lake Louise. The villa is about 15 minutes drive from Disneyworld or you can head off for other destinations such as Daytona Beach (60 miles) or Clearwater - the choice is yours and the choice is endless. There are up to 50 Golf course within 30 minutes of the villa - too many to mention - but again the choice is yours.
