Notes: The house itself has just undergone a full refurbishment to bring the accommodation up to the most modern standards, with marble bathrooms including roll top baths and showers, brand new wooden kitchen with range cooker, American fridge freezer, and all the mod cons, finished off with walnut work surfaces and up stands. The house has been designed with outdoor pursuits in mind so there are all the amenities for drying out and relaxing after a hard day on the Hill – drying room with separate boot room, large comfortable sofas round a large log fireplace and a sizeable drinks cabinet for stocking all the local malts. Brand newly refurbished traditional granite period house of over 3500 sq ft, with new furnishing throughout and very good size rooms, each with six foot double bed or three foot twins depending on choice. All the bathrooms feature roll top baths and showers, marble tiling to walls & floors, and there is a 300 litre pressurized hot water system so no shortage there.
