Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A 10% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing plus security deposit will be due 28 days before the check-in date, OR if the check-in date is less than 28 days away.
Payment method: A PayPal invoice will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. If we re-let the apartment for the cancelled period any retained cancellation fees will be refunded to you. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We have a minimum 3 night stay policy, a cleaning charge will be levied for stays less than 3 nights. -
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost, providing advance notice is given.
Check-out Time is by 10:00 am.
This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors. If no one is arriving on the day of your departure we can be more flexible with your check out time. - The reason for our cancellation policy is that the closer to arrival date a booking is cancelled the less chance we will have to re-let the apartment for the cancelled period, as most accommodation bookings are made when flight bookings are made which is usually at least 30 days or more in advance. We also would have also turned down other booking enquiries for the same period because we had reserved the apartment for you.
