- Prices include use of shared outdoor pool from April to October, for use by Cottage and Studio guests. Rental fees also include VAT, energy (oil, electricity and small supply of logs for the open fire/stoves), bed linen and towels.
- Cottage & Studio* - these rates are for combined rental of Cottage & Studio for large groups during peak holiday times.

Golf: Bantry Bay Golf Club's 18 Hole championship course is located a short drive from the town and is open all year.
