Please deposit 1/3 of the total amount on our bank account to confirm the booking and reserve the house in your name. In case of cancellation, this deposit is only refunded, if there is more than three months until planed arrival. The rest (2/3 of the rent) is requested no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

Full privacy: The property is situated in a quiet residential area and has full privacy. You arrive to the house through a green portal (with automated gates) and pass 5 old palm trees on your way up the blooming driveway.
Charming house: The house is a 'Provence-style', one-store villa with a total of 225 square metres in-door living space and approx. 70 square meter terrace surrounding the house on three sides. The house is furnished light and bright.
Relaxing area: The property is situated in a residential area and has full privacy. In 5 minutes you can walk down to Theoule Harbour and beaches - or into the L'Esterel mountains. Theoule has several small supermarkets and numerous restaurants, so although a car is practical, you won't need it very often - unless of course you come to explore the area.
Golf: The nearest course is only a 5 minute drive away. There are 17 courses within 30 minutes drive.
