Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. If that’s not enough a concierge service is available for all your extra needs so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Rate information for this Watersong house rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $200 or £150 per week (or part week) reservation deposit.
  Balance of payment in full 2 months before arrival date.
  If the reservation is cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited unless the premises can be re-booked on similar terms, in which case only the deposit will be forfeited. Before that date the deposit will be forfeited.
  A security deposit equivalent to $500 or £300 is payable to the owner prior to the stay. Providing the house is left in the same condition it was on arrival this will be refunded in full following the departure clean and inspection. If this deposit is made by credit card, unfortunately the 4.5% charge will be the responsibility of the Guest, as the deposit will be returned as a cheque or bank transfer.
  The house will be available for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and departure is 10.00am on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed by the owner
• The house and pool and spa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All bed linen and towels are provided.
  
  The cost of rental includes a standard departure clean, however if the property is left in a condition that requires more than a standard clean, this will be deducted from the security deposit. Standard cleaning includes laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming & floor cleaning and dusting. The kitchen should be left tidy with dirty pots in the dishwasher and the oven and hob clean.
  
  The BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of all Guests, therefore is is the responsibility of guests making use of this facility to clean it prior to their departure. Unfortunately if the BBQ is left dirty a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit
  
  This is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS home. Please respect this requirement, and if you do wish to smoke or bring your pets, we would ask you to seek alternative accommodation.
• The front door is operated by a coded keypad. The number and directions to the house will be given to you once the final balance has been made.
  
  There are no additional charges or hidden costs. High-speed internet connection (WiFi) and a computer are provided, along with free International and National calls (apart from calls to mobiles outside the USA).
