This property is non smoking as well as no pets.
Before your departure, you must wash all towels(No Bleach, just HOT water & Tide detergent),dishes must be washed and returned to their location. Trash taken out and left on the driveway.
Rupley Manor is to be left in the same clean and orderly fashion as it was upon arrival.
Please let us know and we will arrange for a cleaning crew at 150.00.
We will launder all sheets after your departure. Pleae leave on their beds as it is easier for us to wash and return them to their proper rooms.- Rates are based on 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
We can sleep up to 13 in 3 additional guest bedrooms, but there is an additional fee of 200.00 per night for the use of additional bedrooms.
SPECIAL RENTAL: One Week Rental of entire home with all bedrooms and use for a wedding, rehearsal dinner and sunday. Monday after 2pm until Sunday 3:00 pm. $7000.00
