HOME DETAILS: Fully air conditioned/heated throughout Additional ceiling fans In some rooms. There is a cot, stroller and high chair available free of charge if required. (Extra cot £10 per week) The property consists of a lounge/dining room with a double size sleeper sofa which seats three, a 2 seater sofa, 2 lamp tables and lamps, coffee table. There is also a large dining table which easily seats 6. This leads into the main lounge area with 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 with games and additional 2 and 3 seater sofas, lamps/tables. There is a large well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all equipment needed for a relaxing vacation. Adjoining this is an informal bistro style dining area which leads to the pool via patio doors. The pool is fully screened with a safety fence if required for children large games room with pool table, air hockey and darts. Utility room with full sized washing machine, tumble drier, iron/board.
POOL AND PATIO DETAILS: The pool area faces onto conservation land and is fully screened and enclosed with a West facing pool for incredible sunsets. There are pool loungers, relaxers, sun loungers, table and chairs available for your comfort. For our younger guests safety, we have a safety enclosure fence which can be erected around the pool area.
Golf: The property is ideally situated for golf lovers with many top quality courses just minutes away.
