Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- SWIMMING POOL COMPLETION EXPECTED JUNE 2008, Discounts on lets of 3 weeks or more. Guests are kindly requested to check in after 3PM & check out by 10AM in order to allow ample cleaning time of rooms. (we do NOT make a seperate final cleaning charge for the apartment) High chair can be booked when making your reservation. Electric is charged on a meter, deposit for property is £250 & returned within 1 week of leaving. Linen is changed weekly. Between the dates 15th Sept - 15th April £7 per day is added to the bill to contribute towards gas central heating costs, as fuel charges in Italy are very high in comparison to UK or USA.
- A 30% booking deposit is required at the time of making a reservation. The balance of 70% to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the reservation period. For rental periods which fall within 6 weeks of the booking date 100% payment will be required at the time of booking. The 30% deposit is non refundable, and the reservation cancelled if final payment is not made within 6 weeks of booking date. All payments to be made in Sterling to a UK bank account and must be received without any deductions, for example bank charges. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required at the time that the 70% (or 100%) payment is made. Payment in Euros to our account in Italy would also be acceptable but please agree the amount with us beforehand. Euro prices are based upon exchange rates used by Holiday Rentals in their automated conversion of the Sterling rental rates shown in the above table.

- The shower room is spacious, fully tiled with a modern shower unit that has sliding glass doors and interchangeable shower or water jets to massage your body. There is also a seat within the shower which is perfect for small children or toddlers as the shower head is not fixed. The room also has a sink, bidet and toilet. Towels are provided but are for bathroom or pool use only. Please bring your own beach towels.

- Bedroom 1 is quite large, well furnished and is tastefully decorated. It contains a king size bed with 2 bedside tables and an adjustable reading lamp, an alarm clock, radio and CD player. There are 2 separate double wardrobes, each with Bathrobes (sizes medium & large) and there is also a chaise lounge to relax on. The floor is tiled and there is a rug for comfort. Bedroom 2 is slightly smaller and is also tastefully decorated and has a more contemporary feel. It comprises a king size bed with built in bedside tables, reading lamps and a very large double wardrobe containing 2 bathrobes (sizes medium & large) There is a tiled floor with rugs for comfort. The living room has the added convenience of 2 sofas, one of which can be transformed into a sofa bed which can sleep 2. Free-standing fans are in both rooms.

Things to do: Apart from the many fantastic local restaurants and bars, there are Festas held throughout the summer months, and even during the cooler months. For those not familiar with Italian life, a Festa is a village organised festival usually to celebrate a particular food or a saint, although the Italians don't need an excuse for a good old knees up. Most villages celebrate something different but all will include either live music, food & drink + stalls selling a range of goods/food. As always in Italy, children are more than welcome and the people of this region are famous for their friendliness. Other attractions include concerts, many are tribute bands such as Queen, or Genesis usually staged close to the local beach, each Friday or Saturday during the peak season.Or what about a trip to the local market. At Porto San Giorgio you can buy a pair of shoes ~ best quality, luxury leather or designer glasses, real or fake depending on your wallet.
Things to do within 1 hour drive: For those happy to drive, the country roads are quiet and the scenery is stunning everywhere. For the kids and adults alike there is a fantastic aqua park near Val Vibrata with some of the biggest slides, or visit the amazing Frasassi Caves with its labyrinth of illuminated underground grottos and huge stalagmites & stalactites, (guided tours in English). The A14 Autostrada, provides fast and easy access to Rimini for those wanting the occasional wild night out, this is the place for clubs. For those looking for more relaxed adventure, the Sibillini mountains offers nature trails with spectacular views, horse riding, and a giant boating lake. Drive down the coast road and check out a different beach every day until you find your favourite. For opera lovers there is also the Sferisterio, the world famous outdoor opera house in Macerata (July and August-you will need to book). There's something for everyone here, all ages considered. Le Marche is a veritable treasure trove of surprises.

They are resident at the villa but you will hear from them or see them as little or as much as you desire. You have the huge benefit of being able to speak with them about any of the local sights, restaurants, beaches etc, and know that they can give you 1st hand unbiased information. They are friendly but respect their own privacy as much as they respect yours, so whether you have a minor request or you need a bit of expert advice, ask them, they are there for you.
