- • A $100.00 deposit is due with signed contract print and sign rental rate page and mail with deposit to owner. Checks payable to Midge Pearson/Equity Trust, mail to (PO BOX 1517 Scarborough ME 04070) to hold the reservation. MAX 4 people
• Another 1/2 down is due 30days after booking.
• Unless you book under 45 days you would need the $100 deposit and 1/2 down.
• Three weeks before sch date the balance will be due with 7% Maine tax.
• The deposit will convert to a Security Deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks; after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages and excess cleaning charges.
• Rent and 7% sales tax due 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit and Weekly Rental Fees Paid will be refunded to the extent we are able to find a replacement rental for the week(s) you have rented.
• Our policy, the first check we receive is the person we will rent that week to. First come first serve
• No functions or pets on premises w/o written consent - This property rents from saturday to saturday during the summer season with a 7 night minimum stay in July and August.
Some exceptions may be made in the Off-Season
