Each air-conditioned villa has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a self contained studio apartment under one of the villas. There is a large shower room upstairs with another downstairs. The villas share a 12 x 6 metre swimming pool and a large sun bathing area.
The villas have been furnished to a high standard and decorated in the ottoman style with decorative wooden coving and wooden ceiling roses in all the principal rooms.The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a fireplace, satellite television and a DVD player.
The villas are set in landscaped gardens.
The owner/operator lives on site and is there to handle any unforeseen problems to ensure you have an enjoyable and stress free holiday.

The villa is located some four and a half kilometres from Kas town on an unspoilt peninsular. There are regular bus and taxi services running into the town.
The town was formally a small fishing village and while there has been some development it still retains its original charm and character. There is a good range of restaurants and bars in the town which can meet to most peoples tastes.
On Fridays the weekly market is held and is frequented by locals and tourists alike.
