Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 additional cleaning fee;
$1500 Security Deposit required to book and hold reservation;
6% MI tax will be added to Daily/ Weekly Rate. Balance for stay due 60 days prior to arrival. Stays of less than 3 nights are considered on a case by case basis and subject to additional laundry fee;
Rental Deposits: All Rental Deposits are non-refundable unless rebooked
Cancellations: No cancellations within 90 days of Arrival Date
Security Deposit will be refunded (provided no loss/damage and home is left in clean and neat condition) and mailed within five business days of departure.
Check In is 4:00 p.m.
Check Out is 10:00 a.m.
