1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the deposit of $200/ £100 has been received.
2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
3. A security deposit of $300/ £150 is payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a satisfactory Management Company report of no loss or damage to the condo.
4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable
condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above. - Full Terms and Conditions are available on request.
