A security deposit of £1,000.00 per week is taken when final balance is due. This is returned within 30 days of departure subject to confirmation that no damage has occurred.

Arrivals between 16.00hrs and 19.00hrs. Villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. If these time are difficult, please advise at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A 2% fee is applicable on credit card payments. On American Express cards a 3% fee will apply. - Nearest airports are Perugia (40mins), Bologna (1hr 30mins), Florence, Ancona, Rimini, Pisa and Roma

A perfect way to celebrate that special anniversary. Babysitting Service - for when you want to go out for dinner without having to worry about the children. Housekeeping - this service provided 3 hrs a day, mornings only. Italian Cooking Courses - take a little bit of Italy back with you by learning the Italian way of cooking. Italian Language Courses - English speaking Italian teacher will come to the villa and teach. Art Courses - local artist will come to the villa and help you with your brush strokes. We can also offer yoga and wine tasting evenings.
