*Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check or credit card on day of arrival.
*$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.
Stays of less than 1 week are due in full at time of booking.

We offer you the chance to just relax....be pampered and truly enjoy your holiday from the start. - Should you wish to have a private chef or catering for a special event we have our fabulous 'POSH NOSH' personal chef available for all your culinary needs! Please feel free to enquire for rates of this delicious service, we even offer special romantic dinners and fun family picnics on the beach, all you do is choose your menu and we take care of all the details!
We also offer personal transportation service in our POSHPADZ luxury Mercedes to and from your airport of choice or to any local points of interest -available on request at an additional fee.
