Large Groups - Rates listed are for up to 4 persons. Rate for each additional person (5th and 6th persons) will be an extra $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month.
Holidays - Rates for long holiday weekends, including public holiday weekends and special San Francisco events (Gay Pride, Folsom Street Fair, and others) will be an additional $25 per night. Weekly and monthly rates are unchanged.
Cleaning Fee - Will be charged per stay except for stays longer than 1 week, it will be charged (and cleaned) weekly.
Deposit - A refundable deposit of $500 is required.
