The detatched villa is located in a quiet secluded gated resort backing onto a large private lake. Easy accessable to the highway 192 which leads to the main disney attractions. The resort boasts its own golf course kids play area, green area and tranquil lake which is visited daily by the local wildlife. It is 20 min drive from all the Disney attractions, 35 min from Coco beach and space Kennedy. The airport is only 15 min away. - The payment balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival if late booking then full amount is due on booking confirmation. Payment must be in sterling or US Dollars.Doiiar exchange rate $595 for winter and spring and $745 for easter and summer.
- Cancellation charges are as followed. 6-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total booking. 4-6 wks 75% upto 4 wks 100%. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that we receive written notification.If you fail to make the payment balance with in the agreed time we shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice to yourself.

This overlooks the front of the property.Both bedroom 3 and 4 have twin single beds, bed side table and lamps and double door closets with access to bathroom and shower facilities.There is a cot with bedding and a high chair provided.
