Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To secure your booking a deposit of £200 / US $300 is payable. This will then be treated as your security deposit (and is in addition to the full rental cost) which will be returned to you as soon as possible after your holiday assuming that our management company have confirmed that there has been no loss / damage at the property. Payment of the full rental charge is payable 10 weeks prior to the rental commencement date.
A charge of £40 / US $70 will be made for cleaning for all bookings of less than 7 days. Optional cleaning is available during your stay and is charged at £40 / $70 per clean (please advise when booking if required).
We can accept payment via the PayPal system.

The swimming pool can be heated when necessary (usually October - March). The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, patio furniture (including comfortable sun beds / chairs), a private double garage and additional parking for two cars and is maintained by our efficient local property management company who are just a phone call away. The property is fully insured and licensed to comply with Florida State laws.
