Please inquire for rates between July 15, 2008 to Sept 15, 2008.*** Whether you're here to learn Chinese, on a business trip or just treating yourself to a vacation to this vast, exotic city, there's really no point in spending too much with high priced hotels or service apartments; especially if you want to live in the downtown, CBD area.   • To secure a reservation, we require payment of 20% of the value of your booking payable by wire transfer. Final payment is payable at check-in time.
  • As is our policy, your deposit, or payment, is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to re-rent the apartment for the said dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting the apartment for said dates, we will refund less a 10% service fee. We will not be held responsible for cancellation for ANY REASON. Cancellation insurance is the renter's personal responsibility.
    The fully refundable security deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded the last day of tenancy, once the departure inventory has been done and our representatives agrees that no damage has occurred and no items are missing. Of course, we will give a security deposit receipt. The security deposit is 500 Euros or equivalent in any currency.
  • Rate for over 1 week will be discounted, please inquire for more details.
