Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking and will be refunded within 14 days of departure providing no damage has been made to the property or contents and no extra cleaning is required.
Full rental payment is due at least a month before your arrival, for bookings made within a month of arrival the full rental payment is required with the £100 security deposit.
Discounts are available for bookings that are more than 2 weeks in duration.
Broadband, wireless, internet access is available costing £2.50 per day for the duration of your visit, this can be deducted from your refunded deposit.
For weekends and short breaks there will be a £10 charge for towels, if they are required.
During UK bank holidays and school holidays, the price per night will be the same as the weekend rate in the relevant season.

- The double room is simply and tastefully furnished with white-washed wooden double bed and bedroom furniture and built in wardrobe. It is carpeted in a neutral shade with blue and white duvet, quilt, curtains and soft furnishings. It looks out on weatherboard homes and a distant view of the dunes. A travel cot and a stair gate are available. The twin bedroom is also carpeted in a neutral shade with white wooden beds and furniture and a built in wardrobe. The twin beds have pretty country quilts in coastal colours, as well as duvets, and there is a spare trundle bed (for a child) under each single bed. This room over looks the garden with weatherboard homes and fields beyond.
