- Our property has 8 beds and sleeps 12 (max 10 adults).
Please note that prices quoted are for 10 people. Additional guests may be charged at $10 per person per night.
Rates include normal exit cleaning, linen and FREE Wi-Fi high speed broadband internet.
All linen is provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.
A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you after completion of a check of the property after your departure.
GAP FILLER
For guests who fill short gaps between bookings we offer fantastic discounts. Ask us for our best rates for this time.
LONG STAYS
10% off your total booking cost if your stay is of 2 weeks or more. - We cater to family groups wishing to holiday together. Schoolies booking are not accepted.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. Amalfi Gold Coast is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we require all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am.
