I Re Fenean is a family run, lovingly restored ancient Italian farmhouse dwelling dating back to the fourteenth century which now houses six uniquely styled Agriturismo self catering apartments with modern and comfortable facilities as well as a private swimming pool. Our holiday rentals are situated amongst the olive groves and vineyards in the picturesque Apennine mountain terrain of Garlenda, in the ‘Riviera Dei Fiori’ province of Savona, Liguria, within a few miles of the famous Italian Riviera coastline and its popular beach resorts. Our charming apartments with panoramic scenic views, which can cater for two up to six guests each, have been stylized with care by mixing contemporary amenities with antique furnishings finished with personal artistic touches by Italian artist Manol Bozuffi.

Situated in the lush Ligurian countryside, in the ancient hamlet of Praglione adjacent to Garlenda Golf Club and the village of Garlenda, nestled between the sea and the hills in close proximity to the sandy beaches of the Italian Riviera ports of Alassio, Imperia & Sanremo and the medieval and Roman towns of Albenga and Villanova. The cities of San Remo, Ventimiglia and Nice, as well as the port of Genoa, are all within an hour’s drive with Milan’s ultra chic mode and designer fashions a two journey away, whilst the famous attractions of Portofino, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure and Cinque Terre (Five Lands) are within a 90 minute drive.

I Re Fenean is the perfect base for a multitude of outdoor tourist activities which includes golfing, sailing, horse riding, cycling and mountain biking, walking and trekking as well as a plethora of water sports which include yacht sailing, surfing, diving, horse racing etc etc.. (TBC). Avid shopaholics have a wealth of markets and designer city shopping to choose from on their doorstep here whist Italian art, history and culture enthusiasts will not be left disappointed. Less active guests can enjoy the open peaceful and unspoilt scenic mountain and coastal landscapes, quaint traditional villas, and the friendly, welcoming people that this region is renowned for and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of complete tranquility. Tuition and short courses in distemper, water colouring, oil and fabric painting are available with artist Manol Bozuffi. Private language tuition and lessons & Italian Food and Cooking Courses can also be arranged on request.

Golf: Our Agriturismo ' I RE Fenean' is surrounded by the greens of the Garlenda Golf Club, located in the valley of Lerrone river, one of the most picturesque valleys in the inland of Liguria, and it is surrounded by ancient olive yards and pinewoods. The 18 holes golf course, which was opened in 1965, has been designed by architects Morrison and Herris, who wonderfully blended it in the local landscape without altering the environmental characteristics. The course covers 6085 mt., it is Par 72 and, from the Championship's Tee, it gives the most skillfull players a hard test and offers a pleasant challenge from the players from the normal tees. Splendid climate give the possibility of playing all year long, giving real pleasure to your game. It is open all the year round
