Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Security Deposit
In order to protect against damage to the villa or its contents, loss of keys, locking yourselves out or failing to leave the villa in a reasonable condition, we ask for a security deposit. Please send a separate cheque for £150 with the final payment for your booking. If everything is satisfactory, we will return this to you after your holiday upon receipt of any keys sent to you, usually within 10 days. This deposit shall not limit your liability to us -
For bookings made more than six weeks in advance, please send 25% of the total rent as a deposit at the time of booking and include your security deposit of £150 (in a separate cheque if possible). Please be aware that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. (We advise you to take a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause, which may help you recover non-refundable monies if necessary.)
The balance of the holiday becomes payable six weeks before the start of your holiday and is non refundable. For bookings made within eight weeks of your departure date, the full rent is payable, together with the security deposit -
Two weeks before the balance is due, we will remind you of the required amount by phone, email or in writing. Following receipt of your booking form and required payment, we will send you a confirmation statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.
Rental period timing
The rental period begins at 3pm on the first day and ends at 10am on the last day of your holiday. You are not entitled to occupy the Villa outside these limits, unless otherwise agreed.

The beaches of La Marian and La Mata are only five kilometres further away. Following the coast, you will come to the beaches of Torrevieja. Alicante airport is around 30minutes away. This is the place for peaceful living, enjoying local products and surrounded by leisure and entertainment areas. Cole’s Villa is in Daya Vieja, individual plots and a private parking area and community pool. Our property Cole’s Villa has 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 terraces, a solarium and a laundry room.
