We prefer to rent full weeks, shorter stays will have a higher min fee to be profitable for rental/cleaning cost. - We require 50% of the total amount including taxes to officially reserve this home. The other half is due before or on the day of check in. Our preferred method of payment is check by mail, we also accept all major credit cards.
