Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• MPORTANT REMARKS: the given rates include water and the change once a week of the linen, which are: bed and table linen, 2 towels plus a larger one for each person + tea clothes. On request the change can follow more often at the cost for each time of Euros 10 per person. Not included are heating and electricity, which have to be paid cash according to the amount consumed. Final cleaning: Euros 80 to be paid in cash on arrival day (compulsory). A daily cleaning service is also not included but it may be requested at Euro 15 for each hour. Pets: Extra-charge of Euros 50 per week/pet. Security deposit: Euros 500 to be given cash at the delivery of the keys on arrival day. It will be returned on the departing day, with deduction of the amount due for eventual damages. Gas metano/heating and warm water: metered, Euro 0,60 per m3.
