- All rental rates include Florida state tax of 13%. Pool heat is not charged within our price quoted. We recommend that pool heat is required from mid-October to Mid April and is charged at cost price of $20/£13 per night. For bookings under 6 nights there will be an additional cleaning charge of $90 (£60).No security deposits are required, as we get a signed undertaking from any guests to pay for any damages.A minimum deposit of $250 for any booking will always be taken if the booking is made over eight weeks before arrival, otherwise full payment is required at the time of confirmation. Guests are expected to pay for their booking 4 weeks before arrival.
