Cyclists will enjoy scenic rides with mountain on one side and ocean on the other after riding up an epic mountain pass. Fine dining & beautifully located restaurants abound. An 3,5 or 8 bedroom villa with poolside lounge and diningroom & a self-catering cottage. Suites with fantastic views as well as en-suite B&B rooms. We have percale linen, cotton towels , hairdryer, TV/DVD & DSTV (shared). Summit place has wireless internet throughout & fax and email facilities. World class Golf Courses, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront & Cape Point are a few of the local delights

The spacious villa which wraps around the sparkling pool with lots of sunny living areas to enjoy. The very large Pool Side Master has a king-sized bed with lounge leading onto the pool through wooden patio doors. The large en suite bathroom (wheelchair friendly) has twin wash stands, a shower and seperate bath which leads to an outdoor shower. The two sunny Pool Side Double bedrooms have fitted cupboards a shared full bathroom (wheelchair friendly) with shower & seperate bath and patio doors to the pool. A spacious open-plan kitchen & dining area provides for wonderful family meals. The very spacious lounge has a reading/library area and a lounge/seating area surrounding a large fireplace. The bedrooms and lounge are equipped with a TV, DVD player & CD/Stereo. All accommodation is supplied with hairdryer and percale bed linen & towels. The Villa also comes with communal use of the big screen surround sound theatre system in the cellar theatre.

Notes: Disability Friendly Features of Summit Place • The drive way & parking is spacious • The front door is extra width o The step up is 11cm / 4 & ¼ inches • The House is all on one level o The step down to the pool side veranda area is as per the front door • The shower is level access but the handset is fixed or wall mounted • The shower seat is a commode o A self propelling commode could be hired on request • The toilet has a half wall next to it which can be helpful for 90 degree transfers. 45degree transfers are not possible. • There are double doors to the pool area from the lounge & dining areas as well as double doors leading through to the lounge from the dining room. • Transfers can be done in the Pool Side Master bath from the end or the side. o The bath edge stands 38 cm / 15 inches from the floor. o The door into the pool side Master bathroom is 78cm or 30 & 11/16 Inches wide. o The door into the Pool Side Double bathroom is 76cm /29 & 15/16 Inches wide.

Directions: From airport take Cape Town N2 highway towards Cape Town. After circa 10km take the M3 Southbound towards Muizenberg / S Suburbs. Continue on the M3 highway for approx 15km & take the Kendal Road exit. Turn right onto Kendal Road (M38) across highway. At T-junction, turn left onto Spaanschemat River Road (M42). Go straight across next set of the traffic lights, past Peddlars Restaurant on your right and keep left as the road forks at top of hill. Turn 1st right into Muscat Rd after the fork leading to Summit. Turn sharp right into Summit and look for 15 Summit towards end of the road on your left.
