Granges and Puits, as the name suggests, comprises two houses around a farmyard courtyard and several wells in the gardens. Each Gite has been tastefully restored to provide a cool, pleasant living space whilst preserving the period character. Granges and Puits is located in the village of Puyjourdes in the LOT region in the Southwest of France. The Vigneron is a large (more than 200 m2) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house over 3 levels. It can comfortably sleep 8 or more. The lounge and kitchen open on to the terrace and garden with uninterupted views over the countryside. L'Etable is a small cottage suitable for a couple plus perhaps 1 child set amongst the other farm building and bread oven. The ground include lawns a bbq area and large 15 m x 4.5 m swimming pool overlooking the countryside. As the houses has just undergone a significant refit and the gardens re shaped we cannot guarantee all of the grass will be green - hence the significant discounts. Enjoy !!
