- 30% deposit required on booking remainder due 12 weeks prior to stay. Breakage deposit required. Linen cost €15 per person per week. All utility costs including air conditionig (often extra on other rentals) etc included. If you want to take advantage of the wireless broadband there is an additional charge of £15 per week please state when booking.
- Vast array of videos, DVDs, board games and books for your use. Lots of information about the local area and a management team on your doorstep should you encounter any problems. Just look at our feedback to see how comfortable and well cared for our guest feel.
- NB ***June will see the Moors and Christians Fiesta which is one of the best Fiestas in the Costa Blanca. There are several days of celebrations with processions, fireworks and outdoor music and entertainment. ***
