This is a very large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool in the St Georges area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. You can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes or less. The generously proportioned garden is private and tranquil with the road leading to the villa being very quiet also.

The property has a large reception are with storage that leads to the ground floor areas of the house. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with cream leather sofas having views of the television (with satellite and DVD), and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area.
