Air Conditioning: Please note that this property is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED not just in the bedroom as most other similar properties are, this makes a big difference in the evenings as the lounge and dining areas are a cool and comfortable place to sit and relax after a hot day at the beach. Also if being used as a second bedroom it is far more comfortable.
