This beautiful Armagnac chateau has an ancient tower and wine chai and has been renovated to transform it in to a modern 5 bedroom home whilst maintaining all the original character and charm of the chateau. The 13th century stone built tower dominates the house with large windows which look out on to the trees that surround the house. Outside there is an infinity pool and a terrace next to the kitchen door for outdoor dining. The chateau stands in its own expansive grounds giving it a feeling of privacy & seclusion. It is located only 4km from the busy town of Condom.

Golf, boating on the river Baise, wine tasting, gourmet restaurants. There is a market everyday of the week in nearby towns. We are surrounded by beautiful bastide villages, some quite intact from medieval times. The cycle and walking track along the old railway from Condom to Eauze runs close to the house.
