Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Pool heat is not included in the rental price and it's not always necessary. It is recommended November to March but not obligated. The price is 25$ per day (cost price).
The cleaning fee is included for all booking of 7 days or more.
For the booking less than 7 days, a cleaning fee will be add to the rental amount of 95$
.
For reservations we require a 25% deposit - payable by Paypal, fast and secure for both!
The 25% reservation deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the booking when final payment is due.
Final payment will be due 6 weeks before arrival or for stays under that timescale no deposit will be taken but the full amount will be required up front.
49$ will be add in a quote for property damage protection up to 1500$ (insurance). This insurance will protect you in case anything happens with the villa during your stay. You won't need to pay for a security deposit.
