Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a £40.00 cleaning fee.
£100.00 deposit is required to reserve your booking.
Full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the date of your first occupancy. - A refundable security deposit of £100.00 per booking is payable with the balance, which will be held against damage or loss that goes beyond normal wear and tear. This will be refunded in full after your return from our condominium and confirmation from our management company, less any deductions to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
- Cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependant on the time you cancel. notice given:
30 to 60 days = 50% of the rental charge
29 to 0 days = 100% of the rental charge
