- The Master Bedroom is entry or top level. There are 3 more separate sleeping rooms downstairs - the Murphy Bedroom, the Red Bedroom and the Futon Bedroom/Living Area. Futon Bedroom/Living Area is a bedroom (separate room with doors and closet), but entrance to Red Bedroom is through this room. Red Bedroom exits through futon room or through it's outside door. The Futon/Murphy rooms when open combine to form open area downstairs. Futon is also comfortable to sleep on - it's a very thick premium innerspring mattress. The Murphy Bedroom has the patio door to back of house. Doors can close for privacy in all 3 rooms. There is room for air bed in Master Bedroom or Murphy Bedroom or Living Room Upstairs. All of our beds have soft and comfortable 100% cotton sheets. Also for those fearful of hotel rooms lately... All of our beds have always had 'Inn Style' full encasements on both the mattresses and box springs for your comfort and protection.
