- $250 security deposit to confirm reservation, returned within two weeks of departure less cleaning fees. If your plans change please let us know as soon as possible, and we will attempt to rent the unit to another party. Your deposit and advance rent payments will be refunded to the extent that another party rents the unit on the same terms, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Rent. Cancellation or early departure does not otherwise warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 1/3 of rent due with reservation; 1/3 due 90 days prior to arrival; and remaining 1/3 due 30 days prior to arrival. Rental for less than a full month may be negotiated.
