Very elegant apartment in Paris. Recently reformed in 2007. This vacation rental of 50m² is comprised of one bedroom, with a king size bed. The living room has a 2 single sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, etc. There is a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is situated in a neighborhood appreciated by the local Parisians and close to a number of monuments (Bastille). There is all the modern equipment : Internet High speed Wifi, LCD TV with international channels, DVD Player.

The 11th district of the French capital is the most densely populated. It is a mixed district which is divided into a worker's quarter and a residential zone and it offers about 30 parks and public places. There is an average green space of 0.6m² for each person! In the 11th district, there are some monuments and sites worth visiting such as the Cirque d'hive (The Wintercircus), the Place de République (The Plaza of the Republic), la Place de Bastille (The Plaza of the Bastille) and the Fraubourg Saint Antoine. If you have a walk, you should not miss the Saint Martin channel, which is famous due to its cinema (Marcel Carné, Hotel del Norte). NapoleonI ordered the construction of it and Charles X finished its building. The channel Saint Martin connects the water basins of Arsenal and the gardens of Villette.
