- We do not require a security deposit for securing the lodge. However, we will need your flight information so that we know for definite that you are coming! There are no additional charges for cleaning, linen or towels. Longer term bookings can be accepted between mid- November to mid March. Monthly rental for winter longer term bookings is 750€, including utility bills i.e electricity and water. RATES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: FALLAS, INTERNATIONAL SPORTING EVENTS- MINIMUM STAY 4 NIGHTS. F1 GRAND PRIX 150€ PER NIGHT, OR 850€ FOR THE WEEK. MOTO GP 200€ PER NIGHT, OR 900€ FOR THE WEEK.
- MONTHLY RENTAL FOR LONGER STAYS AVAILABLE FROM MID- NOVEMBER TO MID- MARCH. MONTHLY RENTAL 750€ INCLUDING UTILITY BILLS (WATER AND ELECTRICITY)
