Arrival times are 4pm and vacation time is 10am on day of departure. - Should you wish to book Villa Erato, we require 25% deposit of your total bill. Then the remainder will be due 8 weeks prior to to your arrival. Payment should be made by cheque. There will be a £300 refundable security bond which will be returned back to you once we have confirmation that there has been no damage to the property during your stay.
