One of the bedrooms is very spacious and is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The kitchen is in the living room, and it is very big with a large table suited for 16 persons and all the stove and utensils. There is a two big bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Moreover you can have a nice dinner on the veranda. The villa offers you a spectacular view over the Val d'Arbia. Decoration is in typical Tuscan style, with antique furniture from the 19th century. Our proposal is a suggestive vacation in our small piece of paradise to enjoy at full the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. The estate, located up on a hill ( 420 Mt of altitude ) with a splendid panorama and encircled by forests, has the comfort of an asphalted road of access and within 5 km of distance you can reach the charming medieval village of murlo

For families, our farmhouse, is an ideal place, all the apartments are located near the pool and near all the other facilities and activities which are all at your disposal throughout the day. What is more pleasant than having a good meal outside with friends. Therefore we put a large and well equiped barbecue place at your disposal. We also organize in the evenings, events where you will be able to enjoy typical and delicious culinary specialities, have fun and find new friends. We organize also trips and excursions to the nearby hills, forests and rivers where you will admire the beauties of the Tuscan countryside. It is also possible to do this excursions later in the evening in order to discover nature and animals by night. Autumn in Tuscany is a season rich in colors and specially rich of funghi, type of mushroom, which forests are plenty of at that time of the year and are an essential part of the typical Tuscan cuisine. Guests will enjoy relaxing baths in the swimming pool.
