Luxurious 4 bedroom self catering villa sleeping up to 10 people very close to Disney and all that central Florida has to offer, including several superb golf courses. The property is within 15 minutes of Disney World offers luxury self catering accommodation with it's own private pool and spa overlooking a conservation area for added privacy. The villa has a spacious lounge, formal dining area, family sitting room, large kitchen and separate breakfast table. The pool deck is equiped with table and chairs for relaxing next to the pool. Washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience along with a downstairs toilet. At first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms plus a house bathroom. The house is very close to local supermarkets and shops for added convenience.

Within approximately 10 minutes of Disney World and approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The villa is only 2 minutes from Interstate 4 making it ideal for travelling to the various attractions in the Disney and Orlando Area. Direct access into the Disney Resort area is also conveniently available from the interstate.
Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Seaworld are within 25 minutes drive. Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Tampa, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach are approximately 1 hour away. Clearwater on the Gulf Coast is approx 1hour 20 minutes away.
There is a supermarket, filling station, pharmacy and restaurants (pizza's,burgers, steaks etc) within 2 minutes drive of the villa. There are also numerous restaurants on Highway 192 and 27 within 10 minutes drive.
There are many golf courses in the Orlando area. The Davenport area in particular has many and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate course is only 2 minutes away.
