Location
This former pastry factory is located near the historic square in Greve in Chianti, a characteristic Tuscan village. Greve is a little town with a cute market square lined with porticos, the oldest part of the city from when it operated as a stopping place between Florence and Siena. It also has an art museum in the former convent of San Francesco. The area surrounding Greve is littered with picturesque villages, great for exploration, and there are also numerous castelli in the countryside that host wine tasting. The countryside surrounding Greve is also an excellent place to go walking, horseback riding, and bicycling. Florence, only 30 km to the north, is too tempting to miss! World-renowned for its art, culture, and architecture, you can immerse yourself in Florentine life in countless ways. Shop the Ponte Vecchio, marvel at the Statue of David, step back in time at the Pitti Palace, or tour the artistic wonders of the Uffizi Gallery. And if you're interested in panoramas... might we recommend climbing something tall? (3,000 m2) Though located within a Chianti town, this villa enjoys wonderful seclusion from the outside world. Once a pastry factory, this building has been carefully restored after over fifty years of neglect. It now reflects traditional Tuscan features, such as antique frescoed walls, vaulted or open-beam ceilings, and original terracotta floors. The exterior area includes a large shared lawn with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. There is also a shared swimming pool (6m x 7m, 1.8m deep). There are 12 apartments within the building. Please note that this apartment could be located on the ground, first, or second floor of the villa, which does not have an elevator. If you have a strong preference, please specify.

Ground, First, or Second Floor:
This apartment has a small living/dining area with a sofa-bed suitable for one and a Satellite TV. It also has a kitchen corner with a table for eight, a cook-top, and Italian coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed that can be separated into twins upon request. Three bathrooms each have a sink, toilet, and either a shower or bathtub (if one is preferred, please request).
