Casa Ida is a small cottage located in a beautiful walled estate on one of the hills overlooking Florence. In the area are many paths and small roads for walks through the trees, with wonderful views of Florence below. It is just a fifteen-minute walk down to the central square in Fiesole where one can take city bus #7 directly into Florence (about a 20-25 minute ride). This charming small house is set slightly apart from the neighboring houses on the estate. It has its own private entrance and small garden area. The house looks out onto a picturesque vegetable garden, beyond which you can see the summit of Montececeri. At the door of the house, there is a large fig tree.

Unit Description: (60m2) From the porch, one enters the breakfast room with an English wing-table small sofa, and kitchenette (with gas cook top, oven and small refrigerator). Two steps up lead to a sitting room with a double sofa bed, small table and arm chair. There is a small walk-in closet with a washing machine and shelves for linen. On the right is a bathroom with shower, and a queen bed with a metal 18th century frame, and a large closet. The house is best suited for two people and a third guest on the sofa bed. The entrance to the house is through a remote controlled gate situated in via Pelagaccio 4.
