Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Florence, this rental apartment is near three large parks, which helps to create a peaceful environment in the midst of a bustling medieval city. The parks are the Park of the Museum Stibbert, the Park of Villa Fabbricotti and the Orticultura Garden with botanical greenhouse. When you tire of the city action, stroll through these parks for relaxation and reflexion. For food or refreshments, there is a bar-pasticceria in front of the apartment or walk fifty meters to the local supermarket, lunch bar, pizzeria, America pub or wine bar. Museum Stibbert, renowned for its antique weapons from around the world, is a short five minutes walk away. Florence is a wonderful city to explore by foot and bus and has unlimited activities that one can do; shop the Ponte Vecchio, marvel at the statue of David, or tour the wonders of the Uffizi Gallery. Of course, you could also take a table on one of the squares to people watch and sip a beverage (or have some gelato!). Should you desire to visit outside Florence, buses and trains can take you just about anywhere. There is a bus stop close to the apartment.

Keeping with its traditional style, the brick apartment has been recently restructured as of 2005.

Interior Description
(85 m2) First floor: The apartment is tastefully decorated and comfortable with tiled floors and plenty of light. There is a large living/dining room with a 160 cm sofa bed and a dining table with seating for eight. The modern kitchen features a washing machine, oven, cook-top stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and a table that seats five people. The kitchen opens out onto a terrace and has a laundry line for drying clothes. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed. The second bedroom has two 85 cm single beds, which can be combined upon request. There is also an elegant marble bathroom with a sink, WC, bathtub with hand-held shower head and a separate shower.
