Exterior Description
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator that goes to the third, so clients will need to walk up one narrow flight of stairs.

Interior Description
(30 m2) Fourth Floor: The furnishings of this cozy apartment are simple but clean. From the top-floor studio apartment there are splendid views from the small terrace (3.5 m2) of the Florentine rooftops. There is a trundle bed (which has two twin mattresses that do not join in the middle), a 17th century wardrobe, a 19th century chest, a kitchenette with a toaster oven, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
